With aluminium bottles, the dates are stamped into the side, the date you see is the born on date. Isn't it...1st test comes after 3 years, 2nd and thereafter every 5 yrs?

probably but i cant say for definate without looking at the bottle

thought it was every 5 yrs for steel bottles and every 3 yrs for fibre wrapped, but something makes me think the next retest date on my fibre wrapped bottle is in 5 yrs time. I'd check but i'm upstairs and the bottle is downstairs....

Could someone confirm the test schedules, as its probably something we should all know.

It's in the sticky at the top of the Tech room, do people never read them??
It's 5 for Steel and Alu bottles. 3-5 depending on the type of wrapping and UK/European Rating for fibre bottles.
