In my experience, Dye uses some of the best aluminum around, from the standpoint of anodizing. WDP is also notable for using aluminum that takes color well. I haven't done any Egos yet, but the other guys are getting good results.

Well..I meant how do tey fair..some guns are dodgy to anno, as it cocks up the tolerences.

DM4s come out really nicely.

PS That stuff about tolerances getting messed up is due to aggressive stripping or something. I haven't had problems, except for one guy's GZ Timmy that had been re-anodized 7 times. Yes, 7. If the guy doing the job doesn't fall asleep, everything should be fine.
