I would have thought that the rebuild would best be done by Smart Parts who could presuamably get it anno'ed for you. They would have to strip it in house and then send it out o be anno'ed but i would have reckoned that this would be the best bet in terms of strip and rebuild.

re-assembling the marker isnt hard, ive had my matrix apart completely, including every little thing. you just have to remember how it goes back together.

Couple of problems, holding empty tube of a body in my hand.

Turn it over and there are two tiny screws next to the rear grip screw hole. These are threaded and I can't get them out? Do you think that matters?

Annodise over em, thats my thinking.

Barrel o ring just forward of the detents, bitch to get out or what?

i would phone SP and ask about the 2 small screws, sods law says they're important

Whats the point of drilling holes and then filling them with screws. Can't see it serves a purpose. Annodise over and lets see what happens.

I didn't see the first post so I don't know what marker you're talking about, but my guess is it's an Impy or a Shocker, in which case the holes are drilled all the way thru from the outside via the side chambers, into the main chamber. The outside holes are then filled and loctited with small grub screws that you should NEVER need to remove. This is the only way to get a passage for air between two tubes inside your body, see?
