it also has to be said that ego's are the same - very reliable

both have great tech support - again its down to personal choice.

one thing i will add though - there are a lot of Angel haters out there and some marshalls will pick on you cause you shoot one :D.

no kidding
very true, angels are like honda cbr's,bullet proof ,fast and reliable, but a lot of people hate them for it:rolleyes:

my personal opinion is i dont like angels at all. The way they shoot, the way i find myself holding them or really the way thery look. ALTHOUGH i love my impulse to bits so what do i know :).

They are reliable and can shoot stings of paint very easily, well the later of the lcd's. Try before you buy thats all i can say. Most like them and they are very popular amongst people in your situation or similar.

my experience of newer angels in action is

positives:

- look very cool, especially the 45s
- shoot fast
- nice triggers
- light weight

negatives

- expensive to buy (new)
- **** return on your money
- BREAK PAINT (harsh on paint, use good paint etc)
- LP operation - so if you have only a HP preset=headache

horses for courses though

i had an angel and a cocker
still got the cocker

the only negative ive heard about the ego other than price is there is something dodgy about the solenoid

if i was in the market for a high end gun though i know what i would get, and that is an EGO. not least cos i live near manchester, but also they are fast light and look great, with a rapidly increasing amount of parts available, more colour customisable than an ion, and i like eclipse frames/triggers...

Really, i've had ZERO problems with my angel, and I've said this before but, even if there is a problem about 60% of people can deal with it easily, you wont need to piss about mate! I've shot angels for all of the time i've been playing paintball!

i started with a mech cocker, now have an e1 cocker and an angel ir3. the ir3 i can fire faster (good for playing up front) but i like the way i can drop pballs over bunkers with the cocker. it realy is up to personal choice. if you get the chance to try out other peoples markers take it as i found it expensive buying and sellin markers i didnt like.
never had problems with either marker but then i leave well alone while its working and then get someone who knows what they are doing to look at it when its not.
lovetone i have broke more paint in my pots than in my angel..
