If you get yourself over to Markie C's place (Northern Quarter) on the 27th you are more than welcome to have a go of my angel - and probably some ppls ego. Then decide.

As for pissing about with them - I never have - as I've never needed to (unless it was to add some after-market stuff).

angels are reliable fast gats, most problems with angels are caused by people playing about inside them(same with cockers ect)

ive had 5 angels and they have never let me down(appart from a flat battery but thats my fault for not charging it:rolleyes: )
im even thinking of buying back my old lcd

egos are good as well, but you can pick up Decent second hand angels(euros onwards) for half the price;) :) :)

try before you buy:cool:

your friends talking bollox (in the nicest possible way);) angels are very reliable markers -just look on the boards people are still selling angels over 4 years old.

it also has to be said that ego's are the same - very reliable

both have great tech support - again its down to personal choice.

one thing i will add though - there are a lot of Angel haters out there and some marshalls will pick on you cause you shoot one :D.

no kidding

the only true way to find out which you prefere is to try each, any paintballer will let you try out his gat if you ask nicley enough

i like the ego just didnt like the feel of the trigger, i prefere the angel trigger but the ego is a little lighter.

Try before you buy, its the only way forward

yeah true but its not that bad, and once they're adjusted, theyre adjusted no need to keep messing

Angels: OMG how reliable, quick, geeeeorgeous. built like a fooking brick: anno wont fade, drop it, throw it, use it as a shovel, pick it up again and rip with it :D. not made of ****ty soft aluminium, threads wont mess up like shocker ones can.
cheaper. lots of aftermarket parts available and lots of support.

(dont know thaat much about them...but) Egos: fast (but i dont like the trigger so cant make it go fast) and quite light. more expensive. slightly less aftermarket parts and less support available due to being newer.

All very true, although I will try to avoid using mine as a shovel :)
