It all depends on the particular gun and halo.

There is no deffinitive answer I'm afraid.
My speed ran flawlessly with my Halo but others have had problems, same with lcd's, ir3's etc etc....

Why not an egg with a Speed?

I just got back from Miami where I used my new trigger mod on my Angel Speed and used the Z-board eVLution II.

I shot about 6 hoppers through my gun setup and shot incredibly fast (definitely as fast as DM4) without any ball breaks or any other problem.

I now have a gun that can keep up with or surpass all the competition in rate of fire, accuracy, sturdiness and good balance. Add to that WDP's service (right in the middle of the players' area at Commander's Cup) and you've got a winning combination.

Steve

Cos the egg is still a lot slower then the Halo. I don't give a crap what anyone says about the eggs claimed speeds, on gun the halo kicks its ass!

I have to agree halo's much much quicker, but on the other hand when I have my halo on my speed (the one you sold me m8 :) ) it is like a blender

Is sensi deffinatley on? what paint you putting through her?

That reitterates what I said previously about it depending on the halo and the gun as that speed worked flawlessly with my halo.

Yeah, my IR3 and HALO don't go together at all, I've never even been able to use it on the field. You put the HALO on, take about 15 shots, then it skips (like you've outshot the hopper, but hahahahahahahahaha), then it proceeds to break every ball from that point on. On my LCD, it works like magic. I haven't heard of many problems with LCD owners. The Speed and A4 have the LP and dual ball detents, so they're supposed to be pretty much designed for use with the HALO. Don't know, guess it just depends on the model. Word of advice, if buy a HALO and it doesn't work, don't expect much from Odyssey, they told me there's something wrong with my marker, they're not going to refund any of my money, nor exchange it for another one. And since they come out with a new software revision every couple of days, you can't sell your old model for anywhere close to what you bought it for.

odysee

odysee actually have really good customer service if there is something wrong with the product you bought, just cos it doesnt work with an angel doesnt make the halo faulty.

I had cracked shells from it falling out my kit bag onto concrete, offered to buy some more by email, nope FOC shipped in 2 days and came with all the screws etc to hold it together, no questions no proof i even had a halo to start with shells just arrived.

The when my old halo burnt out sent back the board and motor and got a new one with the z code installed and the modified backplate.

Pinki manged to roger one of his, sent it off, took two weeks to come back, but they mailed to apologise and sent him it with new shells because they were scratched and a rip drive installed FOC.

If you want to get your software updated all you have to do is mail them the board.

Thats why i have 3 halos, one for each marker and bought the other when my last one was with them for update.

I've had mixed service, when the Halo B first came out the customer service I recieved was superb, second to none.

Recently though its not been as good, couple of months in 1 case for a couple of A to B/software upgrades....

I still rate the CS and the product though!

Lets put it this way I've dealt with a lot worse company's that are reputed to have excellent CS.....
