Searching for the pro-tour....:S
The way it feels and shoots

True, true. Anybody that buys a gun due to the hype is a muppet.

I can get Angels at a very good price but still choose to shoot a mag. Why, because I like the trigger, I know how it works and it never lets me down.:)

All I can say is try one. I love 'em.

Fast, accurate (well good enough for me. I don't generally take a bench clamp on the field with me) they look good, I have never had one let me down, they are easy to set up and as long as you don't set at 299 you don't need to keep buggering around with them, what can I say, Angels all the way.

Get Off My Field! NOW!
EEEEEEEEEEEE-Blade i tell you!!!

Having owned and shot an Angel.... for some reason i hated it.. and i still do! anyway... Everyone is right.. but every person ive seen use and Angel gets barrel bursts or breach bursts.. i dunno why... Now the E-Blade thats a mighty fine gun!! the E-Blade has the fire power and quality build as the Angel and any other gun out their... but it has the better accuracy and less chance of chopping the ball!! as the back block moves back on a cocker... most of the time if a ball is Stuck in the Breach the bolt stays Pressed against the ball then release's the gas and lets the ball drop down without a chop...

Personnally i say the E0Blade is better. but as many players will tell you, its whats comfortable for you!

Down with the Angels:D

What's all this talk about timmy's being lighter? The timmy is literally probably 4 or 5 inches longer, and a good 4 ounces heavier than my LCD, let alone my IR3 (which weighes next to nothing). People like angels because they're mad fast, they got a sweet trigger feel, they're extremely low maintenence, they look great, the customer support of WDP, and everyone associated with them is fabulous, unparalleled in the paintball industry, the IR3 has the only paint detection system that is unaffected by breach breaks, paint color or anything, it also has the patented space frame (which feels like heaven when you're playing tight all day) nothing needs timing, or tuning, they just work. The only thing I've used that came even close to having the speed and comfort of the angel was a matrix, but they are so much more breakable. It's no coincidence that the teams that have taken the top 3 spots in every major tournament series for the last three seasons have used angels, they're tried and true.

First of all look at my sponsors
Second look what I fire.
I'm an eblade tart and proud of it.
The only thing I hated about the cocker was the slide trigger, and now with the eblade, I have something that I feel confident in using. Even so my next marker will probably be a Speed. Out of all the Angels the team own the Speed is the one that I feel happy with, although the "Pulsometer" is a waste of space as far as I'm concerned.
The main reason Angels are prevalent is because it's a quality product that provides all that a tournament player requires and it has become an established tool of the trade for top teams. I've seen the spray and pray tactics used by some teams, which is probably why some people think it's inaccurate. In my short experience it's no less accurate that any other marker.
The E-blade cocker is the new kid on the block. The cocker is a tried and tested base which was showing it's age. The E-blade, and other e-triggers, has raised the profile of the cocker in top level events, but i would say that it still has to prove itself.
My next marker purchase is driven by 2 reasons, sponsorship and the fact that I do like the Speed.

The cops on an Angel works spot on if set up properly. I have ran about 2 cases through my IR3 over the last month or so of varying different paints... Zap Chronic, Nelson Pearl/Anarchy/Challenger and had 0 ball breaks :)

I get the impression that if left alone there would be minimum ball breaks. It's just that people like to tinker trying to get more out of an Angel. Nothing is at it's best out of the box, because settings are individual to the user

Any of you guys out there that have problems with angels give them to me and I will tell you now you will never swap it for another marker. What you have to remember is that quality paint is required in quality guns. Barrel bore size and length is important to. It is without a doubt the most amazing gun on earth . you only have to look who shoots them and the results they have had for the proof!!

nuff said.
