Angel speed 04

Help

Ideas needed.

I have an Angel speed 2004 model in blue, very nice.

However when i turn the marker on and wait for the battery check all seems fine. Then whe i come to turn the Sensi on the led on the board doesn't light. I have thought about a sticky switch but when i press it the first LED stops flashing and then carries on when i release it, Also when i use the button in other menus it works and so does the Sensi LED. Strange but true.

The Sensi is working and has passed the test's. i definately haven't trapped any wires and there is no damage to be found. Anybody got any ideas, is the board knackerd or shorted. Another thing that might help is the LED above the three buttins on the grip frame doesn't light at all never.

Somebody (Tom Allen) must have an idea of whats up.

as for the top light

the led (above the mode buttons) doesnt light on my speed either. i think it was a feature of the LCD style boards?

I dont know what the deal is with the SENSI light
mine performs as per the manual. when i boot up, then press the button, the sensi LED illuminates, indicating sensi mode. so i think mine is working fine. if the sensi passes the test it must be working right? sorry i cant be any more help with that...

Yeah cheers \i have followed the manual but this bit doesn't follow the book, seems yours is fine and mine is faulty

k ive never owned a o4 speed ,but on a 03 from start up the sensi is on unless you turn it off(top button)
on the a4 (next one up from the 04 speed) the led above the trigger frame buttons is the charging light and wont do anything unless you charge it

yeah cheers my ppiggy friend, it won't light even when charging.........

are you on about the one above the 3 buttons on the back?
On my iR3 and the A4's ive seen thats what tells you when the gun is safe/live
On my friends speed this light is never on regardless of Sensi enabled or not

Not true, it's also the Sensi indicator. Stays on solid red when Sensi is off and blinks red when it's on. Doesn't have much bearing on this topic, but...

doesn't work on mine but the sensi tests ok no trapped wires or anything, has anybody got a sensi or board for sale or trade so i can try it

i have a speed 04 and if the sensi isnt working the light wont light up, if you switch off the gun, then hold down the green button and switch back on at same time it will engage the sensi test, then get a pen or allen key and tap the sesi pushrod (not to hard tho) and the lights on the display should move, if not, its your sensi bro

alternate check that the wires have not been crimped between the grip and the body........
