Ok it is possible that you have reconnected the wires wrong (I would have posted a pic but you can't do that on techroom !!!!!  ) so i will try and explain it, cos i think you have connected to the intellifeed so that would account for the one fire pulse.

Behind the trigger micro switch you have a white connector with TWO options of fitting, the white plug will go in either hole it needs to be in the one closest to the lcd display with the red wire to the right and the black wire to the left. if it isn't that then as Paul said email WDP better still ring them 0121 3282228

LOZ

I think Mark is spot on with his assesment, as that's exactly what was happening with my mates ir3, switch on, one shot even in safe mode.

It took Fraser about 3 nano-seconds to work out what was wrong and about 1 minute to fix it.

Loz as Mark said give WDP a ring and they'll talk you through it, if your like me and get totally confused after taking the barrel off.

The other problem I had that was along these lines...

On the IR3 after fitting the intelifeed, make sure you can open the breech chamber. If you don't have the gun tilted backwards when you screw in the foremost screw from the topplate/intellifeed then there is a black plug which can move from the valve chamber and into the breech chamber. This then causes the breech chamber to be unable to open.

I didn't realise until my first day using it. Then I emailed WDP (Frazer) and he told me what I had done. The intellifeed/topplate screw keeps this plug in position so after fitting everything back together open the breech chamber and tap on the black plug that sits at the back of the chamber, if it doesn't move, all is well. If it jiggles about a little or is in any way loose you need to refit the foremost screw from the topplate.

If you can't open the breech chamber door use a long squeegie and push the bolt etc right back (which also pushes the plug back into position) and then refit the screw...
