im not a fan of either. I briefly owned a ir3 fly, but I sold it as I hated having to charge the battery, and it was nothing but work from the moment I got it.
Cockers on the other hand are way to fiddly for my liking, but once theyre up and going they rip.
Both markers have good and bad points, but I would go with the cocker .... only because of my bad expierience with angels.
But like other people said you should go out and try each marker to find your preference.
