you're confusing the issue here. The working pressure of the bottle is irrelevant to the output pressure which is what you're asking about. A bottle being 3000psi or 4500psi is only important in terms of how much air it will hold and consequently how many shots you get per bottle. 3000psi and 4500psi bottle can be HP or LP depending upon the regulator that is fitted.

What you asking about is the output pressure either being HP (850psi) or LP
(450psi)

I run my IR3 off an angel Air adjustable reg and typically run at about 650psi though I have used a 3000psi HP preset without a issue. My IR3 leaks up to about 400psi but sorts itself out and is fine once I get around 550-600psi

Ir 3 High pressure

Your bottle will have a reg on the top if its black its a high pressure if its blue its a low pressure on the 3000psi the 3000psi bottle is how much pressure your bottle will fill to. The preset is the reg on to a screw in it regulates the out put of the bottle ie 3000psi will blow it up and empty the bottle.Yours will be on the www.buypmi.com you will notice all pmi bottles in fiber are HIGH PRESSURE 750-850psi output this will run you ir3 alittle warm so once fitted some minor reg adjustments might be needed ie turn it down on the front reg slightly;)
