Please can all teams who have not yet paid contact the office by Saturday 8th June with their deposits as we will be closing entries on this day in order to finalise the leagues etc.

The maximum number of teams we will be accepting is 32 so don't leave it too long or you may find yourselves disappointed.

Well I'm off on holiday for a week now. Any queries please either call the office on 0115 9657830 and speak to Cara or reply on here and I think it is safe to say that Big Ian will be checking out how things are going.

Angel Cup - Hotels

For those that rang me today, here is a list of hotels for the Angel Cup :-

Worksop Travelodge 01909 501528 ( 10 - 15 mins from site )

Cotswold Hotel 0115 955 1070

Hilton 0115 934 9700

Westminster 0115 955 5000

The Nottingham hotels ( 0115 ) are approx 35 - 45 mins from site, but 2 mins from Nottingham City Centre, for the night before !!!!!

A lot of teams stop at the Travelodge in Worksop before a tourney, so you should be assured of a good night if you stop there.

Angel Cup

Any players want a game we are thinking of putting in two teams .This has to be sorted with Nick as soon as poss before all the spaces have gone.

Are the fields gonna be open for walking on saturday or just the sunday morning?

We have been told that we con not walk the feilds sat as they have a big punter day on.

Punter day's got to be finished by 5ish, it's light till 9.30/10 that should really leave time to check out the fields.

Probably not....

The numbers they do at skirmish ( 500+ on most saturdays ) means that the finishing time is more like 7 p.m. Then everything has to be taken away and unloaded kit turned round ready for next use ( usually about 1 1/2 hours work after leaving site ).

So , they probably would not want to hang round another hour or so just to let tourny players wander about. Unless your very lucky , then there might be someone staying there all night.
Your best bet is ring Ian at the office ( numbers are in earlier posting ) , and ask him whats happening.
He might be a tall hairy fairy " 4 non blondes " reject. With a perm. But he is usually quite obliging. He'll help you as much as he can ( or wants to , depending on what mood he's in! ).
