i ran an angel air on my impy last year no problems as long as you have a vertical reg up front to lower the imput pressure from the air from 550psi to between 180-200psi no more than 220psi or ypu will blow the solenoid i hope that helps

Yeah correct Neill, duel regging is the only way to ensure the safety of your solenoid.
What you need is the Angel Air and a Max Flo Vertical Reg. All Max Flo Verts are the same, as they do air and co2 like the stock max flo.
However, try and grab a max flo vert on classifieds, as they can be expensive new. Also, make sure you have a few bits like the correct loctite etc.
Fitting is easy, and there are loads of support for this process.

I seingle regged with my Max flow no probs there! The new AIRS are supposed to be better for single regging then then used to be.

OK, I am not a certified Angel tech, so if I get anything incorrect, I am sure someone more knowleagable will step in and amend this info...
The Angel Air regulators (bit that sits at the front of the bottle and regulates the amount of pressure leaving the bottle) have a spring stack insde of, like washers. These are arranged in a certain order to provide high pressure out put e.g. 200 - 700 psi
However, you can remove some of these 'washers/shims' to make it work more delicatley at the lower output ranges you will want for an Impulse (as it's a low pressure gun).
So you want the stack in this order (you will need to remove 2 that are already there as there is too many for low pressure)...

Think you will find they are calle Bevelle Springs, not sure about the spelling!
