Board needs a re flash I just cant be bothered

How can the board be re flash or ho can do that? Plus that's a lot for the gun if it's not ready for a tournament, I've got a 2006 xsv ego in mint condition and it works really nice plus the ano on it is a good 9 out of 10 do you want a trade and some cash what do you think?
