I'm surprised no one mentioned to make sure that the pin on the bolt drops in to the groove in the ram properly (seem the manual).
The ram only locks in place if it's all the way to the back of the shaft and locking pin, if the ram wasn't in the correct position (all the way back, ie: in the position for the pin to from the bolt to drop into the groove in the ram) the breech wouldn't stay shut, it'd flap open again - no?

I'm not preaching too you, that's just how I understand it to work, is that not right? :D

The ram would have to be almost all the way forward for the bolt pin to sit into incorrectly.

Not flaming in any way... 90% of problems can be solved if users spent time to read the manual , familiarise themselves on how to operate and maintain there markers. If your marker did not come with a hardcopy manual, online manuals are easily sourced with a little research on the net.
