h-pac have started to enforce it. since the start of this year i believe. they are checking all bottles before they are filled and marking them.

I forsee a lot of toys being thrown out of prams come Campaign Cup... either that or a few trade stands making a bucketload of cash very early on

Unfortunately this is the law so toys can be thrown out and people can rant and rave but unless the HSE change there law we are stuck with it. And for those who think im full off sh*t or stirring it then u can kiss my a**e as i do this for a living. Trust me wre have looked at this from every possible angle and the law is the law. I wish it wern't as we could test so many more bottles and everybody would be happy.
