What is the anno history?

How would one go about getting it flashed?

what do you mean by anno history? As far as I'm aware, it's factory anno.
and to get it flashed you'd just need to send it back to tadao. That's as much as I've looked into it though.

Factory anno was what I wanted to know mate. I assumed it had been re-annoed.
