I've spoken with Steve; the problem is that, as I said, no-one knows yet cos the propsals are still being drafted and there's a lot of dealing and counter dealing going on.

In Scotland the SNP are trying to have all these licensed.
I wouldn't be concerned too much about that particular effort, the SNP tend to say Black when everyone else says White...

..and the rest of the Scottish Parliament tend to treat them with that "yes, yes, whatever" attitude most people reserve for that kid in the class that thinks they know everything and makes stupid pointless comments all the time.....

The Scottish Parliament are likely to follow whatever airgun legislation the UK takes.

It'll affect us one way or another, though probably not as cataclysmic as some are stating and probably not as ostrich head-like harmlessly as others are predicting....

Y'know, watching paintballers standing around saying "oh no guv, it won't affect us" is reminiscent of watching airsofters last year, standing around saying... you get the picture.

Poor suckers.

The jury is still out as to how much airsoft will be affected... it's not a forgone conclusion.

Nope, Scotland is leading the way on this one and England is following.

To all intents and purposes, it is.
