No UKPSF registered field should be allowing air fills to go off site as we have no way of knowing if the individual is going to use the paintball equipment responsibly and safely.

The best option is the dive tank option with a fill station. This is fairly hefty investment, but suitably so to ensure individuals are serious about the game before being able to fill their air tanks.

Remember, there are plenty of organised, safe and FUN activities at paintball venues across the country for own-gunners, including scenarios, walk-ons, tournaments, sup'air practice and much more. Pretty much all of these will supply you with free air fills.

Play paintball at a paintballing centre - you will meet other paintballers, involve yourself in a great community, you will be safe, and you will have much more fun.

If you check out the Hydrovane website and view 'applications' or 'products' you will find that paintball & diving are nlot listed, plus psi rates are more in the region of 150psi.

Without pressure of about 3000psi you won't get a decent fill, but more importantly without 'breathable' air quality and the right filters you will contaminate the cylinder. At lower pressures you won't necessarily notice anything, but when connected to real high pressure of 3000 psi etc it is likely that you will get a flash explosion.

At the moment it sounds like a bad idea for you to get your own air fill system. Go to sites for fills and play.

Read this:http://www.ukpsf.com/documents/hpa.pdf

and try to get to a UKSPC game this year for an 'air pass' safety brief / training session.
