when you come to put the new hose on, before you do anything put the hose in your pocket for 15 mins to warm it up, makes it a bit easier to push onto the barb, do the torpedo end first, make sure it is pushed all the way on then screw the torpedo into the body, make sure that you cut the hose straight, it is better to make the hose a tiny bit long than make it too short too.
if you cant push it onto the barb you may need to remove the solenoid and manifold to make sure it is on there securely, in the factory we put it on before the manifold is screwed down (dont crank on the screws when tightening the manifold down or you may damage the threads). you can use a pair of FLAT pliers to push the hose on if you have them, dont use anything with a grip though like normal pliers as that will cut into the hose, hold the hose about an inch or so away from the end and wiggle!
if you get stuck you can always ring our customer service guys who will talk you through it, also if you havnt already register your marker here https://warranty.planeteclipse.com/site/signin
