if you are sure that they are filling bottles by connecting them to a larger tank like the one you've listed then yes you would need the one you have linked.
however i will say this is very uncommon because as a scuba diver myself the fitting normally used to fill scuba tanks from compressors is a male DIN fitting used in conjunction with an A-clamp adaptor. so you would need a female DIN fitting like the one Tom linked.
The best way is probably going to be to take those photo's of eath type and show them. Then i wont buy the wrong one.

Taken it down there today and he has tried filling my tank but the station leaks lots of air out of the top of the clamp where the small hole/alen key is. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is here?
