Air Fill Nipple ?

Mate- if you're not sure, best thing to do is take it to a nice person you can shout at if it explodes. I'd recommend getting a CP fill nipple from Lips or similar and then getting them to fit it or study up on how to do it yourself safely before unscrewing anything.
