Air Fill Nipple ?

Is it possible to clean a fill nipple or is it just best to put a new one on

What do you mean clean? if there is only surface dirt, just wipe it off

internal seals is p1ssing out air and i know not to put oil in
iv taken it out and cleaned out the dirt but i think it needs a new fill nipple
