set the dwell to solenoid on 10ms, solenoid off 90ms, so 10 cycles/sec. thinking now its the solenoid valve, cos as you set it up on the lp reg the pressure is either too low(and not cocking) or the relief is lifted ie leaking. icd state"wind in the lpr until a leak is heard from the valve. this is the relief valve set to bleed off at 125psi.once you hear this leak wind the lpr back half a turn and that will set pressure to aprox 90psi." cannot get a happy medium even with the lightest adjustments.
