Well it also depends what version of a Gun you have.
Voodoo impies munch gas but I've heard that Eclipse and Meteor Impies are fairly efficient.
Mag efficiency depends on which type of valve, its age and the bolt / spring combo that you use!! Also there has been so many Mags manufactured that the the tooling has been changed several times so the tolerances move up and down which has an impact!
