The problem with the "if it ain't broke" theory is that if they continue to operate like that a lot of people's electronic markers are going to be "broke" should they bring them along. And their infernos chop paint like a piece of meat going through a grinder!

they don't let you bring your own marker anyway.

i swore never to go to delta force as they are approaching paintball as a company, not as ballers. hell half of their marshalls can't tell you a damn thing about the markers their letting you use!
not to meantion the small fortune they charge for their paint! sure the day tickets are cheap but when you're paying £10 for 100 balls..... no thank you.

also i would assume that they use co2 as it means they don't have to fill the bottles as often. it actually works out cheaper to run air due to you not having to pay to fill up the tanks each weekend.

The reason sites use CO2 is because its cheaper than air to buy when you set the site up. Most sites will need a compressor if they are to run their guns on air, and a compressor that can fill over a hundred bottles to 3000PSI is going to cost you a few thousand quid. not to mention the price difference in bottles themselves.
