So to recap you're saying the 4500psi & 3000 psi is just the max pressure that the bottle can take fill wise.
The HP & LP on presets refers to a regulated release of air? ot which if mem serves me correct on the micro max flow is about 800psi?

entirely correct. go for 4500 psi as 3000psi is well known as being "gay"

yep i believe you can upgrade the 3000 to a 4500 with the purchase of some parts.

and a new tank
