air bottle leak

right guys, in a spot of bother here.

playing fairly soon so need to get this sorted asap.
my bottle seems to be leaking for the pin valve(stuck it in some water and bubbles comming from it)

seems to be okay when there is a decent amount of air in the bottle ir 1000psi and above,(atleast was okay last time i checked) not sure if this is still the case though.

dont have a problem while its on my gun ofcourse but do need to get it sorted out(air is in short supply)

ps, dont really wanna have to take the reg off myself, dont have the patience or the equipment, but im taking a wild guess it will be the only way??

sounds like it needs stripping down and cleaning, could be grit/dirt in the pin stopping it from shutting properly
just a thourght.....

This is common when the reg's pressure falls so low, but the reg could do with a service.

yeas my bottle dose that wen it get to low on preasure, summin to do with there no being enough preasure to push pin out in 1st place, but mine seems to do it under 500psi

right then, in that case ill service it.

but..... im having trouble getting the reg off. looked at a few similar topics but none seem to answer my questions.
firstly

is the reg reversed threaded or not?? dont know if im tightening or loosening.

secondly how the f*ck do i get a drip on the reg with my wrench?
the gauge and fill nipple seem to be getting in the way and i dont want to damage them.
if its not them 2 its the burst disk...

if you are servicing, then the gauge ,burst disc, fill nipple have got to come off, make it easy to take the reg off then.......with grips
normal thread....

anyways thats all done now,
have trouble getting the reg off.

sat the reg in boiling water for 15mins, doesnt seem to want to budge.
im taking brute force is the only option...but anyone got any helpful hints???
