I've got an 1.1l 4500psi aluminum bottle with test expiry 03.09. It weighs only 200g more than a stako and can be re-tested. BUT it is bottle only, no reg. If you find an hp reg seperately I can post it to you for £45. Please PM if you want any more info.

aluminium bottles are all 3000psi, so unless you are mistaken...im not interested.
