This is ridiculous! This is a paintball forum, not a popularity contest!
I feel like deleting this thread, not because of what Sytrax posted, but because it saddens me to realise that we have driven a 15 year old to the point where he's seriously considering going away from what could possibly be the best thing for him as a paintballer.
Sure, his spelling is abominable, but the same goes for a lot of people on these boards. Some of his postings have been utter rubbish, but nobody's bending your arm to read them! Also, he often answers the questions of other newbies, and I even spotted some sound advice once or twice! The kid is even willing to stand up and be recognised when one of his mistakes is pointed out!
Don't forget fellas, kids like him are the future of our sport, sooner or later we are going to be crusty oldtimers going on endless rants about how things were better when you could only fire a mere 13 balls a second, and these are the kids caning our wheelchaired asses!
If we scare off every newbie that doesn't know jack sh*t (yet), then our sport will die eventually.
