About 4 weeks now bud.
If I could only get my hands on the little s**te I'd give him such a kicking. Either way though, getting annoyed isn't going to help, and he's had plenty of chances. I'll report it to his bank as well as the police, I'm not sure if they can or will do anything but at the end of the day, if he's using one of their accounts to rip people off online they may be interested.

Is there anyway I can get my hands on his IP please folks? Perhaps you lovely mods could help on this one? It's simply more information I can present to the authorities.

No use to the coppers, all you will need is his name address, proof of payment and what you haven't recieved.
This is, mail fraud, and as such they are expected to resolve your complaint.
