I use a jt vortex in my jt goggs cos i wear glasses full time
and it stops fogging GUARANTEED !
spend the dosh on a fan if you must wear specks dude.

i have to say that having used DYE and JT goggles with both double and single lens i have never had a problem with my glasses

The singles lens did tend to fog up, bu then thats why they invented doubles......

i have never used a fan or and coating on my glasses (as i have a coatings on the lenses already and i dont want to damage them)

It's a toughy, i've spent £300 on my specs already and they still fog. my body temp must be higher than most...

i used the above stuff for ages worked wonders and lasted a fair while,

Now i use Vforce spray as we have it at work but i have to use it after every single game

get contacts mate, they are a bit wierd at 1st, but once you got used to them they are good, and they'll never steam up just dont forget to take em with you or put them in on training/tourny day.

try spec savers, they normally do a free week trail for contacts, then it only costs £24 for 30pairs (suposedly a mths supply) but you dont have to use every day, i only use mine for footy and pballing and can last me about 3 - 6mths.

when i wore spec,s i always found sprays to be no good the only thing that really worked for me was a jt fan but in the end i got fed up with the noise of it on all the time
tried contact,s and could not even put the bloody things in my eye,s
so i went for lazer surgery and have not worn spec,s for over two year,s
it,s the best 2 grand i have ever spent
