How much should you use on each part?
What parts should i lube?
How often should i lube each part?
How are you ment to apply it, rub it in? leave it on it?

Well you will be in need of some Dow33.

With Dye/proto marker's, they need to be lubed after every days use, its very simple, just take the bolt out, put some lube in the correct places (manual may say where, or just look it up), and put the bolt back in, and your away
