The only reason I asked was because I read somewhere that somebody had just upgraded their software on their A4 and it cured problems they were having with their Sensi!

AND as I say my A4 says Lv2, so I presumed there was a Lv1 with a possible further upgrade to Lv3.

Jon S has explained to me how to have this done so thanks for all the input guys.
