well like i said if you read the post it wasnt from a previous game
it was from a barracade..
and in that sense it was only down to inexperiance of the marshal and not paint from a previous game..

Thunder can you run another course?
Well on Sunday Darren from Hype shot his own bunker tucked up against it called a marshall over an he was calling him eliminated before he even saw what had happened, Daz explained it and he said it was a clear hit on his mask. Bias aside it was a smudge of fill with no shell at all. Crap call but I suppose it happens.

Tough one for the marshall but to claim a clear hit when it's a fairly obvious smudge is tough.

Ah well :(

vital point missing

Thanks cube ther was more to it . as i ran into my baracade i shot my bunker twice i did it as i was very close to it i was taking loads of incoming and pushed my self up tight to the bunker . i was covered in my own paint so what do you do well i called the marshal over and explained what had happened i asked him to wipe the paint of to avoid confusion at the end which he did untill he started taking paint he got hit and his exact words as he backed away from me in some pain were f**k this and then he left me . i continued untill another marshal checked me who shall remain name less! and JIM saw the paint thatwas on my mask and called me out . who do i blame jim for doing his job he sees paint and calls me out thats his job . the other marshal for not wiping me down properly. or me for shooting my own baracade i only have a problem at the time now i just say thats paintball even though the other team were using yellow zap my paint was pink . i just think we have to except these decisions and move on . i dont fancy being a marshall and i do think jim called it how he saw it so good call i think jim did a hard job well

Is it right

Is it correct that you shot the barricade (makes a change from your own players) and the ball bounced off the barricade and hit you in the mask:D

That sounds like another pratt of the day award.

If you did this you deserve to be taken out.

It is only like shooting yourself in the foot but with more style.

It wasn't us, and it wasn't Darren it was definately burst paint on the barricade that he tried to get intimate with. Not a bouncer, t'other half say's that was someone else.

I copped for the blame for two players off the break on the first game, it definately WASN'T two, an undeserved Prat of the Day award!!

and whaddya expect standing up so close to my stream of paint at the back coke!! you're gonna get hit in the head.

Of course we could have another physics thread about inertia of the paint in the ball that was side heavy causing spin affecting the accuracy of the ball causing it to deviate from the projected line that all it's mates had been travelling down quite happily thank you very much:D

Or you can just call me crap. I never had that problem with Forest Heavy

I'll get me coat!
:D ;)

I was training with storm last weekend using one of the new e-mags, this turned out to have a trigger pull alot more sensitive than my cocker, I was firing out one side of the bunker, then went to fire out the other side, as I was bringing my gun across I bumped the trigger and shot myself in the foot, everyone watching from the sideline absolutely collapsed ! I felt quite stupid.:)
