My sincere condolences to Guy and his family
With regards to donations, I am awaiting a reply from two teams (they don’t play the series) who I have asked to marshal on Sunday With it coming to the end on the series teams who normally play/marshal all want to play.
So what I am proposing - if the two teams can’t marshal we go to a self marshal format (don’t ask me to explain but it has worked fine in the past) this way we only need two field ultimate’s. Normally I would then give a reduction in the game fee to the teams, instead we will keep the same game fee and the money I would spend on marshalling (plus a bit more) will be donated to the fund.
Trevor from H-pack has just spoken to me (on his way back from Madrid) and has asked me to post that they will be making a donation out of their air supply fee.
If any one wants to donate items for an auction at the end of the day just contact me or bring them on the day.
The more teams that play the more cash we raise.
