This is what the UK scene needs, a poling of resourses and a standardisation of the rules. Thsi should start to push standards up and really show who are the best in the UK. It will also allow the best players from the best teams to play one another. Fan-bloody-tastic

S2k3 9/10 August STB Elsham
MM 27/28 September Welsh Open, Wrexham
The July legs are close together and also the pheonix cup clashes with July's MM, is this going to be re-arranged also that's alot of playing in one month.. ALso might be worth considering the effect of toulouse on peoples wallets.

I can only echo what Syd has said above and this could go along way in our sport getting mainstream recordistion.

Correct the July legs are close together, mainly because the events had already been organised for those dates and we have tried to choose our bigger events which we think more teams will attend. We will have this in mind more for next year. The Phoenix Cup doesn't clash with a Midlands Masters event as there's is on the 13th July.

but looking at the UKPL website there's a nice photo of a guy playing with the bottom of his goggs folded up.. now i was under the impression that this is against the rules in many tournaments? perhaps not the best pic to have on your website?
