Sam, it just so happens, I quite like you (heaven knows why) so I think in this case you should elect a proxy fighter...let me suggest someone, your bestest friend Boomer 
Take the option whilst you can Sam, wish the bouncers last week had given me the same courtesy. Either that or get medical with Dental cover, screw-in implants run you about 2 grand these days
Oh and Mark, with the exception of the tragic events in Spain, point me in the direction of any non PB threads, and I'm quite happy to delete them as normal, I do so enjoy taking the hatchet to threads, it would be heads if it didn't mean 15 to life. If it wasn't for the fact that I'd endured 10 hours of often parochial cliques posting self congratulatory fellatio and vacant pants throughout the day, I might be up to killing more threads in the evening also. However I do have a life as do the other mods so often the odd one might slip through the net. Somewhat contrary to popular believe we do try and keep the site usable for the silent majority who surf for info and gossip, who don't feel the need to dazzle us with their intellectual brilliance or the recreational / prescription drugs their currently using.
As to the sigs, as Baca says we've probably all turned em off by now. The visual onslaught of Bob the Builder, Monkeys, self portraits of wondrous bunker hugging oft raises eyebrows around my office. Oh, and if anyone can tell me why people put what marker they use in the sigs, I'm all ears.....

There were a few more recently one that was under this post when I first made the thread with a list of what would you do type things that had been cut and pasted from another site.
Paul, Just because I don't post as often as I have before doesn't mean I am not about, plus I don't feel the need to push my post count up by giving information I have been sent via NPPL emails..not you btw but that did need to be said. I am not into the backslapping brown nosing that goes on a great deal recently and whilst in general the threads are picked up on quite often it is the same accusation that comes up time and time again about favouritism, when crackdown happens.....ie not what you know but more who you know. I do understand that everyone is human and human nature takes over if the subject is close that particular person mind/heart but some kind of consistency does need to be seen, this is a digrestion from the subject of this thread and as such will come up time and time again such is the cycle of forums.
Somebody once said that consistency was the hobgoblin of small minds.
Maybe the way to look at it is that the sum of the forums is nothing but the variety and volume of posters present and the only real way to change the environment is by being a responsible poster.
Or we do what Glen wants and begin the wholesale bannings directly.
I agree Mark with the sigs. To be honest I only discovered that you can turn the sig off (on this forum anyways) the other week when I had to edit a mistake in my post. Its not really any major problem with the sigs, its just that there is no need to put it in twice.
