i have sold some items to a guy called makemforever and i posted them on the 10th of december up until today i didnt know what was going on with the post and all that with xmas, this morning i have recieved them back as returned mail as the guy went on away for a week .
but while we where waiting he has started pm ing me saying he wants a full refund and if the items should turn up hell pay for them then.
but in my eyes i shouldnt give a refund but it should be him that pays for the postage again as its his fault for going away and not making arrangements.
the items where posted on the 10th and at his address on the 14th of december so given the time of year there wasnt much time for royal to get the job done .
any advice on this would be great
