To judge or not to judge

I think if the peneltys for argueing with the Judge, were strong enough, and the cost for importing a crew, met by the event, then can not see why you can not get enough people to do it.
You would need a training course for the ref's, that would mean you are at a standard for the bigger events.
Travel the world, and judge paintball.....Hell yes.(now to convince my better half!!)

it's not the penalties that need to be harsher, they just need to be applied at the time, 1 for 1 that wiper and if he argues 2 for 1 him, if you enforce the rules you will of course become less popular but will (in the long run) get less **** (not none but less)
by the way I would ref for a season if all travel and out of pocket expenses were met.

it is a **** job but someone has to.... I would definitley consider it if my travel etc was covered for the tourneys AND some kind of training course had been given before hand... however in all honesty I cant see it happening, too much cash for the organisers to fork out.
