If you get the LP kit, it's supposed to correct that. The new A.I.Rs come with the LP kit stock I think. But anyway, with the kit you should be fine

If your AIR is one of the newer 'dome-faced' versions, then it is already capable of being set for a lower optimum working pressure - simply follow the instructions in the manual.

As a note, if you don't have an Angel tool kit, you can (carefully!) use a pair of circ clip pliers to remove the front cap and don't forget to degas first! You can do it without emptying your bottle, but I wouldn't recommend it unless your generally experienced at working with regs.

ive checked with wdp and have read the manual and i can use the parts i have i just need to tool to open the reg up....trouble is thats 30 quid!

Just out of curiousity, are you using the LP Centerflag inline, or the standard one? I'm possibly looking at giving and Impy a go here soon, and since I use Centerflag regs it'd be helpful to know...

the tool is around £30 but if you live near bham and take it to wdp they will sort it out for you for free. if you can wait till the mm at wrexham you can borrow mine mate.

oh and i know some one that connect an angel air to his impy with out an inline reg at it blew the solineoid. eclipse do a converter for the co2 maxflow which i have used on my old impy and it worked a treat with an A.I.R. and easy to fit.

Just interested cos if its cheaper than a max flo - 4500psi then i might go for it!

At the end of the day, i can use the air on other guns if i ever sell my Impulse.

On the Impulse 4500psi Max Flo... its for the 0 - 240psi guns only.... 0 -200psi most of the time. So its a bit of a **** to get rid of unless ur an Impulse or other LP gun owner.

Hi!

Yes I am using the Lowpressure model.. 90-250psi. And It works perfect! Its small and and tight, which i cant say about the maxflow...

So... does that mean you can run A.I.R. straight into the gun i.e. straight into the gas through grip, at the Low Pressure setup or is there the need for some other regulation?
