When you say Centerflag Dynaflow do you mean a screw in reg?

If so you can do something using the armageddon slide rail with an on/off adaptor

You will need to butcher the rail but this is the end effect

A Centerflag Dynaflow is an adjustable system, which comes with a dovetail mount. In the beginning I was under the assumption that there were different kinds of dovetails or something like that........but I was wrong.
