Its a good point maybe worth getting some kind of backing before you approach them it isnt really something you can do over night

Unless you have access to all the field set-ups etc, I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself, contact the people in the know.I'll take a shot at the organising etc - I know a few people that might help me if I asked them nicely.

Please excuse my ignorance if I have posted this thread in the wrong place.

Jonathan knows he only has to ask and he would get all the advice and assistance he needs.
My primary concern would be to get the Council to agree to it without a fully enclosed field - as in roof.
We was going to run one at a NEC show a few years ago and the health and safety guys down there had a field day with what they wanted us to do.
The Archery exhibition had to just turn up we would have needed three days set up to get all the nets in place.
