I work for VIP Paintball - maybe we could provide a VIP marquee with beanbags etc for the players to relax? I'll have to ask the gaffer but I think we could do that.

Further update

The main event will be held in 2010.

The main event and the tester will be piggybacked with other events which are on at the same time, with live music to create a "festival" atmosphere.

No roster locks at these events, so you can have a crack at whichever pro teams I can persuade to attend.
