68 automag air or co2

my mag runs on both

and i know air is much better

but you will need your own diver tank if you intend to go to rec ball days because they only provide co2

Its only Retro valves, RT valves and e/Xmag valves that have to run on air...level 7 and lower mags can run either but prefer air...they were designed for it...have a look on the valve you wil see it says rated to 3000psi!
If you run co2, get am expansion tank to a bottom line, that way a screw in preset can go straight on there as well...no need to remove the expansion tank...its only there to trap liquid co2 so will not be affected by air flowing through it.
