Don't like the new Ego, didn't really like the last ones. Best Ego for me personally was the 07/08, after that they felt a bit long or something. Do like the Eteks, not sure on the Geo although they're clearly popular.
Never a fan of DM's, any I had were finicky things with mysterious leaks, didn't work in the cold over here at all. And it's cold here 9 months of the year FFS.
In defence of the Ego's maintenance was minimal, easy to work at too.
BIG fan of the Mini and Axe, glad they're still around

I know exactly what you mean about the egos and geos feeling long - the barrel feels 3ft long (TAG!)
Personnally my mini was a nightmare but there good little guns and i wouldn't swap my axe for the world now!
I had a mini for a couple of years, lent it out to people, used as a site gun, dropped, kicked, drop kicked, not looked after and stripped and cleaned twice but it never once failed or let me down. I know there were a few duff ones though, I guess I was lucky. I found it a little bit small, that would be my only criticism.
I think the Axe was a brilliant evolution of it, sorry I sold mine. I may have to pick another one up.
I dry fired it last night and then dry fired my Alien Invasion... the Axe feels like it isn't cycling correctly until you put your hand over the chamber and yep - shooting right
I mean, with the Infamous bolt in it, it has no kick and is so quiet
