Basically the answers no
"a 4500psi 1.1ltr bottle would be the same size as a 5000psi 1.1ltr bottle.
The size difference of a bottle is the volume that it would hold, so obviously the 1.5ltr bottle is bigger than the 1.1ltr bottle, regardless of their working pressures.
