I also have one of these & Its very good, looks cool, especially as i got mine anno matched to my gripframe & marker :)
The on/off is easy too, only thing with it is the Rod inside that pushes the Pin valve in got wedged in the top of my bottle when I screwed it in the 1st time & I had to pull it out with pliers :( never been a problem since though.

I run Nitro Duck Xstream on my Speed and it has worked flawlessly. The tank itself is very high quality (w/ toughskin coating) and the reg has been great.

I've also owned 3 PMI pre-set bottles, two of which have occasionally leaked from either the pin valve or the fill nipple or both. Other than that rather annoying problem, they've been OK.

Finally, I have a Crossfire LP pre-set that has worked very well for me. No leaks and the reg has a great flow rate. On the other hand, the quality of the bottles on the Nitro Duck and the PMI tanks is superior to the Crossfire (at least they look to be made better).

X-Stream

Because ive just bought one of these X-Stream regs will it be ok to use on its own or should I keep my vert reg too? I just ask cos it would look nicer with a blue Gas-Thru so if its ok to do that I will.

Keep the vert reg, which will act as a secondary reg making the final working pressure of the marker more consistant.

If you want to use a gas through you will need something like a max-flo which is double reg'ed
