....but then the British government made a public health warning video for use in old peoples homes about slippers recently so I'm not surprised (no, really)
btw bit of history/psychology, the homo stuff used to be classified as a mental illness until 1973 (in DSM 3) & they weren't allowed to meet in public (really quite cruel) else they would be arrested etc (oh, and subjected to the whole aversion therapy thing which ended up phychologically damaging many poor sods already confused as it was).
so there were many cases of blokes trying to find other blokes who were the same as them but often it didn't work
