Definately count the main Fade2Gray team in, and yeah I've played with an Etek at the NQ - much prefer the Etek2 - nicer feel to it, slimmer body etc. It's basically an Ego7 without the screen, cos that's pretty much what the STAR frame gets you.
Is the 4th team the second F2G team? If so, we'll only be fielding the one team with a rotation of 4 players as we can't make the numbers for 2 teams?
